Return & Refund

At Supermart Nepal, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, here’s how our return and refund process works:

  1. Return Eligibility: You can request a return if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  2. Return Timelines: 
  1. Perishable items (e.g., fresh vegetables, crops): Return request must be submitted within 1 hour of delivery.
  2. Non-perishable items: Return request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  1. Return Request: Go to My Orders, select the specific order, and click on Return. Fill in the reason and upload clear photos of the issue.
  2. Review and Pickup: Once you submit the return request, our team will review the photos. If valid, a pickup will be arranged from your address. You don’t need to send the product yourself.
  3. Inspection and Approval: After pickup, the product will be inspected. If it meets the return conditions, the return will be approved.
  4. Return Options: You can choose between:
  1. Exchange for the same product (if available)
  2. Refund to your original payment method.
  3. Refund Timeline:
    Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
