Tracking Your Order

After placing your order, you can easily track its progress. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Your Profile: Click on your name or profile icon in the app or website.
  2. Select Orders: Choose Orders from the menu.
  3. Check Order Status: You’ll see a list of all your orders along with their current status, such as:
  1. Processing – Your order is being prepared.
  2. Item Added – The seller has confirmed the item for your order.
  3. Ready – The order is packed and ready for pickup.
  4. Delivery Boy Assigned – A delivery agent has been assigned to your order.
  5. Picked Up – The delivery agent has collected your order from the seller.
  6. On the Way (with OTP) – Your order is on the way. You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) for delivery verification. At your delivery location, you will need to provide the OTP to the delivery agent to receive your product.
  7. Delivered – Your order has been successfully delivered.
  8. You will also receive updates via email to keep you informed at every stage.
