How to Subscribe

Once you’ve added all the items you want to your subscriptions, follow these steps to place your order:

1. Go to Pending Subscriptions in your account dashboard.
2. Click Subscribe Now for the product you want to subscribe to.
3. Enter the quantity and unit of measure (UOM).
4. Select the subscription period by choosing the start date, end date, and preferred delivery time (between 8 AM and 18 PM).
5. Choose whether you want Self Pickup or Delivery to your address.

Note: You can start a subscription for the next day, not the same day.

Pausing a Subscription:

If you want to pause a subscription:

1. Go to the Subscriptions page.
2. Click on View to the subscription you want to pause..
3. Click Pause.
4. Fill in the pause period by selecting the start and end dates, and provide a reason.
5. Press Submit.
