Once you’ve added all the items you want to your cart, follow these steps to place your order:
- Go to Cart: Click the cart icon to view the items you’ve added.
- Review Your Items: Check the quantity, price, and total amount. You can also remove or update items here.
- Click Proceed to Checkout: When everything looks good, click to move forward.
- Enter Delivery Information: Add your name, address details, and contact number where you want the order delivered.
Tip: Double-check your address and phone number to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Choose Payment Method: Select the available payment option (like Cash on Delivery or Esewa).
- Confirm Order: Review all the details and click Place Order to complete your purchase.
- Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirming your order has been placed.
That’s it! Your products will now be processed and delivered to your doorstep.
Order Cancellation Policy:
- Perishable Goods: If you wish to cancel an order for perishable items, you must do so immediately after placing the order.
- Non-Perishable Goods: Orders for non-perishable items can only be canceled before the order status changes to Item Added.
How to Cancel an Order
- Go to the Orders section in your account dashboard
- Click the Cancel button next to the specific order you wish to cancel.
- Provide a valid reason for cancellation.
- Submit your request and you’ll be notified once the cancellation is confirmed.
Once the order is dispatched by the seller, the order will proceed to delivery, and cancellation is not possible.
